THE CHALLENGE

A skilled guide with an underperforming brand

Matt Walker had something most outdoor brands spend years trying to manufacture: genuine knowledge of the backcountry and clients willing to go there with him.

What he lacked was the content strategy to translate that experience into a brand that could attract new clients and command the attention his work deserved.

His social presence was inconsistent, his roster wasn't full, and his offering was limited to what existing clients already knew to ask for.
